Description
The purpose of this course is to outline the correct procedures for monitoring cooling foods. After completing this course, you will be able to follow the correct procedure as per GMP 14 .

All Unit Management and Staff must take responsibility for following and implementing this GMP. Failure to ensure this GMP is fully implemented where required could lead to abuse of product temperature during the cooling process required to ensure food safety and may lead to other non-conformances / stock losses / food contamination.
